Graduated from Gdynia Maritime University and Strathclyde University (MBA). From the very beginning of his career he was closely linked with maritime economy and Pomeranian Region. He was a founder and a President of the Board of the Inter Marine Sp. z o.o. - one of the first Polish private sailing agencies (founded in 1990), which after 16 years of operations is a Polish leader in domestic maritime services and job abroad agencies sector. He is a President of the Board of Inter Marine Hong Kong Ltd. and Inter Marine Singapore Ltd.
He is a President of Supervisory Boards of the Gdańsk Container Terminal SA, Kursiu Linija Polska Sp. z o.o, and a Vice-President of Supervisory Board of Inter Freight Sp. z o.o. He is a Member of the Lodge Council of the Gdańsk Business Center Club, Vice-President of the European Commission of the European League of Economic Co-operation (ELEC) in Poland.
He originated and effectively implemented numerous economic projects. He was also a President of Gdynia Lions Club (2002/2003), and a member of group for combating unemployment within the Regional Social Dialogue Commission.

Since July 1999 President of the Board of Polish Agency for Tourism Development SA, where she is currently monitoring implementation of a new strategy of advising local and economic governments, and SMEs in the area of utilisation of structural funds and implementation of tourist investments. She is a co-founder of Capital Group PART SA, and projects like: System of Polish Tourist Bonds, Loan Guarantee Fund, and Mutual Insurance Company for Travel Offices.
